Train in real situations where you learn skills to protect yourself (protective gear required).
Our hours are Tuesday 5 p.m., 6 p.m. 7p.m
Wednesday no class.
Thursday 5 p.m. 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. (The 7 p.m. class is adults high rank only.)
